If you love food, you not only just love eating the food but you also love cooking the food. For this passion for food, The Weber Grill Academy, hosted a fantastic cook out session for the selected bloggers of Delhi on the occasion of opening their first Academy in India at Ghitorni, Delhi.
Initiating with a talk about Weber grills straight from their Managing Director, the event started with great enthusiasm. Chef Melvin was there to guide us for the cook out session.
The Cooking Session started with great zealth amongst the bloggers who were present there. While one marinated the Chicken, the other marinated the paneer dices which were to be grilled using the Weber Grills.
One of the blogger who loved baking started preparing the batter for the banana bread with the guidance of the Chef and the recipe provided to him.
While the chef was helping everyone there, he instructed me to prepare a Pizza base. The dough for the base and the sauce to be spread on the pizza base was already prepared to save the time. Also, the veggies were grilled beforehand to save the time. So, with Chef Melvin’s help we prepared a Veg Pizza using the buffalo mozeralla and then we prepared the pizza using the Weber Pizza Grill.
Whilst, the pizza was getting ready, I tried my hands on grilling the paneer and chicken as well.
Chef Melvin also instructed us on how to light the charcoal to be used in the grilling method of cooking.
After all this hard work, finally it was the time for tasting!
Yes, We made an amazingly delicious and Cheesy Veg Pizza with the help of Weber Grill and their expert chef.
Also, the Paneer Tikka with grilled vegetables tasted quite good.
The Banana Bread was totally exquisite with chunks of banana and dry fruits in it which proved to be the perfect dessert for a perfect cook out session.
A big thank you to the Weber Grill Academy for giving us this opportunity to be a part of such an amazing event and heartiest congratulations for welcoming Weber Grills to North India.
Bengali cuisine is famous across India with its famous sea food and other dishes which are mainly cooked in the mustard oil which brings an amazing flavour to the food. So to bring that authentic bengali flavour, restraunts need to understand the real flavour of bengal very well and thats what we liked about Chatpata Bong as the founder duo Husband-Wife are bengalis and they cook each and everything themselves and know each and everything about their food.
The best part about Chatpata Bong is, All the food being served to the people here are Home-Made!
Chatpata Bong is an Authentic Bengali Restaurant situated in the heart of Dwarka, at Sector 4 Market.
We were welcomed with an amazing Bengali masala drink which was something very unique and we actually never had it before. After having it, We knew how amazing the other things would be.
Coming onto the starters, We tried out various things like Luchi Alu, Chicken Cutlet with Devil Eggs, Chicken Ghugni and Mughlai Chicken Parantha. Everything we had was super good and pure authentic bengali food with amazing flavours.
You can feel that by checking out the pictures of the food below:

In the end they served us this Aammer Chatni which was too refreshing and is basically for good digestion of the food.
Overall, We really recommend this place to every non-vegetarian foodie out there. We are very sure you guys would definitely love their bengali food. Their Food, Ambience, Service everything is perfect and we will give 5/5 ratings.

Lemon Grass Iced Tea:
This Mocktail was presented in a very unique beach styled bottle/glass and tasted perfect.
Oreo And Dark Chocolate Shake:
The Shake we had was one of the best I had which was a blend of Oreo and Dark Chocolate and the mixture tasted so good. Would definitely try it again once we are back to this cafe soon.

As a Customer, We generally see various kinds of restaurants and cafes being opened in our neighbourhood, some are very much unique of a kind and some are way too simple. It’s rare to find something really perfect, thats what exactly came our way when we found Q Bar – The Quarter Club which is inside VITS Hotel, a 5-Star Property in the Marol area of Mumbai very much close to Mumbai Airport.
Well, I have never heard of its name before and the reason becomes obvious when their Manager Mr. Aloy Lobo explained that it has been rebranded 2 months back. Back then, It was with the name of Jalsa Bar but its current form is especially gratifying, ensconced in a shadowy space close to the pool
Q Bar basically has a very interesting club membership concept where in for just mere INR 1000, a Person can get a six month membership where in half of the amount can be redeemed on the first visit itself. Club Membership users can also enjoy slashed rates on food and beverages with atleast a INR 100 lesser than the general rate and also gets a mezze platter that is complimentary with their orders.
Another reason to come to Q Bar, besides beverages, the outstanding food, ambience and the service are the theme based festivals every month. In addition to that they have something going on every day of the week like ladies night or corporates night.
We came here on a thursday evening, and got welcomed by their Manager, Mr Aloy Lobo and their Executive Chef Mr Stephen. We asked them for their best dishes and then started trying out their dishes one by one. We loved their overall service, as they were very quick in bringing the dishes on our table and after we are done with it, they used to come and take our valuable feedback on the same. That was very much appreciable.
Now Let’s talk about the main part of this article, The FOOD!
Panko Cheese Poppers:

TF Rating for both: 5/5
After that, Chef Stephen told us to try out their Smokey Bites, Limited Editon Menu as that was the last day of this menu and we couldn’t stop ourselves to try out one each from Veg and Non Veg category.
Out of this amazing Smokey Bites Menu, We tried Hotty Naughty Broccoli and Chinese Meaty Balls.
Hotty Naughty Broccoli:
Broccoli is generally never seen in this way, for how these guys presented. It was covered with cheese all around served with Sweet Onion Salad, sizzled on a bed of cabbage leaves and topped with fragrant coriander.
It tasted so good. We would recommend it to everyone who comes here.

Hard Rock Cafe launches a whole new menu named; Smoke, Fire and Spice Menu which was launched few weeks back worldwide. The menu got inspired by the spices, sauces and the seasonings of the famous street food around the globe including countries like Asia, Africa and Latin America.
We got to try their newly launched menu few days back and thought to write about the same.
In the Smoke, Fire and Spice Menu they had Veg/Non Veg Sizzlers and Platters along with Choice of Sauces. In drinks they had a lot of cocktails which were actually a blend of rum. We tried out a few sip of their shots before ordering the right one for us.
Lets talk about the food first.
The Picture you see above, is what exactly a non-veg platter is. It consists of 6 Chicken Kebabs all in different sauces viz. Satay, Charmoula, Chipotle, Chimichurri, Peri Peri and Harissa.
Talking about these sauces now:-
Satay is an Asian Barbecue flavour sauce having sweet and savory duet of soy, peanut and ginger.
Charmoula Sauce is basically a little flavour dance of cilantro, garlic, lemon and a shake of red pepper.
Chipotle Sauce comes with an all-out flavour kick of chipotle peppers, onions and garlic.
Chimichurri Sauce is basically a blend of garlic and cilantro hence proudly known as Argentina’s National Condiment.
Piri Piri Sauce is a deeply flavoured sauce made with birds eye chilli, garlic and citrus notes
Harissa Sauce is an all out spice kick with a hint of caraway and cumin.
We tried all the Chicken Kebabs and truly liked a few ones like Charmoula, Chimichurri and Harissa Sauce. If you ever come to Hard Rock Cafe you should definitely try them out.
Next in we tried out Different Rum Shots as displayed in the picture below.
Triple Threat Cocktail – This Cocktail was a blend of three rums, grenadine and grog mix mellowed with orange juice, which is served for 2 people just because of the fact that it hits you high quickly.
Scorpion Cocktail – This Cocktail is also available for 2 people at once, which is a lethal sting of rums, brandy and fruit juices with a whisper of almonds.
Rikki Tikki Tavi Cocktail – Available for 2 people, is a mixture of light and aromatic rums, orange liquor, grenadine, pineapple juice and a splash of fresh lime.
Trip To Hell Cocktail – Its a potent blend of light and dark rums, brandy and almond mixed with orange juice.
Sangria Rosa Cocktail – Its a generous pour of Rose Wine, Bacardi Rum, Orange Liquor, Sangria Mix topped with Strawberry, blueberry and lime.
Paradise Punch Cocktail – It was a blend of gold and dark rum, pomegranate syrup, Hard rock lemonade and splashed with bitters.
Shocking Shandy Cocktail – Its a mixture of Bacardi Rum, Orange Liquor, Hard Rock Lemonade topped with beer.
Tiki Taka Grog Cocktail – Its a delightful blend of light, gold and dark rum, grog mix and lime.
Out of these drinks we had, We liked the Paradise Punch Cocktail the best and we ordered it there after.
Lets talk about sizzlers now.
We tried out 3-4 Veg Sizzlers with different sauces viz. Satay, Chipotle, Chimichurri and Harissa.
Out of which We loved the Chimichurri and Harissa one. They served each of these sizzlers with Naan Bread, Sesame Slaw and Shredded Cheese. Just Roll it with the desired sizzler and eat it.
Overall We had a lovely time at the Hard Rock Cafe, Gurgaon where we tried out their new menu and were quite satisfied with the food.
Don’t forget to bookmark this page and come back again once you have a plan for Hard Rock Cafe to see the must-try things we have mentioned above. We would highly recommend it to everyone out there.
